Anna Sibel Tschapke

Anna has been experimenting with the idea of changing society from within for a long time. The decisive impulse to go for it with her own business was Otto Scharmer's Theory U. After completing the MOOC in 2018, she knew she wanted to contribute to bringing this knowledge into the world. Today, Anna works as a Change Facilitator and systemic coach. Everything she had done before prepared her for this work.

She just hadn't known that before. Back in the days, she often felt like an alien because she didn't seem to belong anywhere.

That is why today, she is the ideal coach for other alien-type creatures out there, with their private and entrepreneurial business. It is her passion to guide them towards accepting responsability for their growth and repair, as well as realizing their own unearthly potential.

Some more things Anna did before

Anna has been around a lot, resulting in her speaking five languages. For a while, Anna was a strategic consultant in a Berlin PR agency. In that position, she was particularly enthusiastic about working with NGOs, so she decided to switch sides to the world of development cooperation in international organizations. She worked at the UN in New York, The German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), and the press of the German Bundestag in Berlin. After an increasing number of refugees had come to Germany in 2015, she helped set up educational projects for the labor market integration of refugees in Berlin. Also, she once helped to connect slums to the city's water supply system in Buenos Aires, Argentina. No one really understands how that came about.
