Anna Sibel Tschapke
Anna had been experimenting with the idea of changing society from within for a long time. The decisive impulse to go for it with her own business was Otto Scharmer's Theory U. After completing the MOOC in 2018 she knew she wanted to contribute to bringing this knowledge into the world. Today, Anna works as a facilitator and systemic consultant. Everything she did before prepared her for this work. She just hadn't known that before. Back in the days, she often felt like an alien because she didn't seem to belong anywhere. Today she supports other aliens and their private and commercial businesses in realizing their unearthly potential.

Some more things Anna did before
Anna has been around a lot and now she speaks four and a half languages. Turkish doesn't quite count. For a while, Anna was a strategic consultant in a Berlin PR agency. There she was particularly enthusiastic about working with NGOs, so she decided to switch sides to the world of development cooperation in international organizations. She worked at the UN in New York, The German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), and the press of the German Bundestag in Berlin. After an increasing number of refugees came to Germany in 2015, she helped set up educational projects for the labor market integration of refugees in Berlin. Also, she once helped to connect slums to the city's water supply system in Buenos Aires, Argentina. No one really understands how that came about.
